A village hall for everyone

The heart of Woolhope — gather, learn, celebrate.

For more than two decades our community-run hall has hosted everything from Parish Council meetings and Women's Institute talks to wedding receptions, fitness classes and the annual village fete. You're warmly welcome.

Why Woolhope Parish Hall

A welcoming, accessible space at the centre of village life

Run entirely by volunteer trustees and supported by a small group of dedicated helpers, the hall is open to everyone in the parish without distinction of political, religious or other opinions — just as our charitable purpose requires.

Two flexible rooms

Main hall seats up to 100 with a stage and lighting; the smaller meeting room is perfect for committees, classes and private bookings.

Fully accessible

Ramp access, stairlift, accessible WC, baby-changing, hearing-loop friendly — designed to welcome everyone in our community.

Beautiful setting

Overlooking Berryfield playing field with 40 free parking spaces and a children's play area, in one of Herefordshire's prettiest villages.

Our purpose

A community resource — and a registered charity

Woolhope Parish Hall (registered charity number 217216) exists to provide and maintain a parish hall for the inhabitants of the area of benefit, for use as meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for those who live here.

Every penny raised goes back into running and improving the hall: utilities, insurance, repairs, equipment and facilities upgrades.
