Rates
Hire fees
All fees are set at affordable village rates and go straight back into running and improving the hall. Rates are guideline only — please confirm the current price when you enquire.
Disclaimer: any fees listed below cover the running of the hall (utilities, insurance, cleaning, repairs and reserves) and directly support our charitable purpose: to provide and maintain a community venue for the residents of Woolhope. We do not generate profit from hire fees; surplus is reinvested in the hall.

POA = Price on application. A refundable damages/cleaning deposit may be required for evening/private events.
How to book
Booking is simple
1. Get in touch
Email or use the form on our contact page with the date, type of event and approximate numbers.
2. Confirm details
Our bookings volunteer will confirm availability, fees and any extras (kitchen, stage, AV).
3. Pay & arrive
Sign the simple hire agreement, pay the fee (and deposit, if required) and we'll arrange access on the day.
Hire conditions (summary)
- Hirers must be 18+ and accept responsibility for their event and guests
- No smoking inside the building; e-cigarettes also not permitted indoors
- Music to end by 11pm; building to be vacated by midnight
- Leave the hall clean and tidy — cleaning checklist provided
- Public liability insurance recommended for commercial / regular hirers
