Woolhope Parish Hall (registered charity no. 217216) is the data controller for any personal information collected through this website and through hire enquiries. We take the privacy of our hirers, volunteers and visitors seriously.
What we collect
We may collect information you choose to give us when you contact us, such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number and details about an event or enquiry.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or booking request
- To send hire agreements, invoices or receipts
- To keep records required by law (for example, for accounting and safeguarding)
- To occasionally send you updates about the hall, only if you've asked us to
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests (running the hall and responding to your enquiry), contract (where you have booked the hall), legal obligation (record-keeping) and consent (for optional updates).
Sharing
We don't sell or share your information with third-party marketers. We may share it with HMRC, our insurers, auditors or the Charity Commission where required.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to seven years for accounting and safeguarding purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw any consent. Email info@woolhopeparish.org with your request and we'll respond within a month.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not set tracking cookies. We use Google Fonts, which may log your IP address with Google as part of serving the font files; we do not use this for analytics or advertising.
